Who is eligible to apply for the Internship Program?
Our Internship Program is open to students from all years, recent graduates, and young professionals who want real industry experience in their preferred field. You must be authorized and available to work in India to receive internship benefits.
I am in the early years of college and will NOT be graduating soon. Can I still apply?
Absolutely! Many internships are beginner-friendly. If you’re ready to learn and complete program tasks, you can apply. You’ll have access to suitable short-term or remote internship roles.
I have 3+ years of experience in another field & want a career switch. Can I apply?
Yes! Career switchers are welcome. But please note — opportunities provided are internship-level roles, and companies may assess previous experience differently.
Do you offer internships in multiple domains?
Yes! We provide internships in IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Design, Data roles, Engineering, and many more industries.
Do I need a laptop or desktop to participate in the internship program, or can I use a mobile device?
You can access resources, watch videos, and complete quizzes on any device, including mobile or iOS devices. However, for assignments, projects, and practical tasks, a Windows or Mac laptop/desktop is recommended, preferably with MS Office or relevant software installed, to ensure smooth completion of all internship activities.
What payment methods can I use for the internship program?
You can complete your payment online using debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, or wallets.
I tried paying but it didn’t go through. What should I do?
If your payment fails, try a different card or payment account. If it still doesn’t work, you can follow our instructions for offline payment or contact our support team for assistance
My payment was deducted but it shows as failed. What happens to my money?
Don’t worry! The deducted amount will typically return to your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
I accidentally paid twice. How can I get a refund?
Send us your registered email ID along with a screenshot of the transaction or receipt through the “Need further assistance?” section. We’ll verify and refund the extra amount.
Payment went through but my dashboard still shows ‘Make Payment’. What should I do?

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the system to update. If it doesn’t reflect after 30 minutes, share your email ID and payment screenshot with us via the “Need further assistance?” section — we’ll update your status manually.
I faced an issue during payment. Who can I contact?

Can I cancel my payment or request a refund later?
Once the payment is completed, refunds or cancellations are not allowed, except as mentioned under the Placement & Refund Terms for the internship program.
What counts as a placement under this program?
Any internship or job secured within 6 months of completing the internship program is considered a valid placement.
How will you help me prepare for placements?
We provide recorded placement preparation sessions and practical guidance including:
- Communication skills
- Resume & cover letter building
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Interview preparation & mock interviews
- Company-specific guidance like JD alignment and 1:1 resume reviews
What guidelines should I follow during and after the placement process? To improve your chances of success:
- Apply regularly to external opportunities
- Attend all placement preparation and company guidance sessions
During interviews:
- Dress professionally, even online
- Choose a quiet, well-lit area
- Test your internet, camera, and mic beforehand
- Join 5–10 minutes early
- Research the company and the role
- Maintain polite and confident communication
- After receiving an offer, do not decline it without approval from your mentor
What are the eligibility criteria for a fee refund in case of non-placement?
To qualify for a refund if you don’t secure a job within 6 months, you must:
- Maintain 75% overall score
- Complete all project and evaluation requirements
- Attend all placement preparation sessions
Apply regularly to relevant opportunities and maintain 7 applications per week
What if I score below the required performance benchmark? Will I still get placement support?
Yes, you will continue to receive full placement guidance and mentorship.
However, you will not be eligible for the refund benefit.
What happens if I violate the placement guidelines and get debarred?
You will still receive placement support from A1Labs.
But your refund eligibility will be permanently revoked
How do I apply for a refund if I don’t get a placement?
If you meet all refund eligibility requirements and do not secure a job within 6 months of completing the program:
Follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email our support team within 30 days after the 6-month period ends
2️⃣ A verification discussion will be scheduled
3️⃣ If eligible, you will be asked to submit:
- Course completion certificate
- Bank account details / cancelled cheque
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 30 working days.

Will I get a personal mentor for the course?
Yes, there will be a dedicated point of contact who will support you throughout your course by helping you with non-academic queries. We call this mentor the “Course Manager”, and they will be there to guide and assist you throughout your learning journey. Course manager will be working from Monday to Friday - 10 AM till 6PM. If you call outside the work timings, you can expect a call back on the next working day.
What is an orientation session and when is it conducted?
This will be the first session in your learning journey. It is conducted by the Course Manager, where you'll be introduced to the LMS, guided on how to approach your learning, and given an overview of the course structure, marks split across various parameters, honour code, graduation criteria, and more. This session will be conducted within 2 days of your batch start date. Attendance in this session is mandatory.
What is onboarding form?
Once you enroll in the course, you will get access to our portal. Upon logging in and accepting the terms and conditions, you will be required to enter your details such as your name, work experience, college degree, etc. This step is mandatory.
